Frequently Asked Questions
When can I expect my delivery?
Within the Netherlands: Orders placed on a working day will be shipped the next working day and delivered the next working day, unless there is a delay at POSTNL.
Outside the Netherlands: Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days with DPD/DHL.
Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

Can the jewellery discolour?
That differs from what material the item is made of. Habiba shop sells stainless steel jewelry. Our stainless steel jewellery do not discolour.
Can I return items?
Yes, you can within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot take back earrings due to hygienic reasons. We always process returns within 5 working days. As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an email with information about the refund.
When will the sold out items be back in stock?
For sold out items, we offer the option to receive a notification when it is back in stock. You can enter your email on the desired product page. Sold out items will be back in stock within 2-4 weeks unless they are removed from the collection.
